Design for the way the home is used
Room layout, occupancy, and the building’s requirements help shape a ventilation plan. For a new home or secondary suite, share the drawings early so ventilation can be coordinated with heating, exhaust, and ductwork.
Installation includes more than the HRV unit
Duct routing, intake and exhaust locations, controls, and access for maintenance need attention. Commissioning and balancing requirements should be part of the project conversation.
Tell us about existing ventilation concerns
Persistent window condensation, stale air, or an HRV that does not respond to its controls can have different causes. Describe what you observe and provide the equipment model when you contact us.

Questions about HRV & ventilation
Is an HRV the same as an air conditioner?
No. An HRV provides ventilation and heat recovery. Cooling and ventilation have different jobs within the home’s mechanical system.
Can you help with an HRV in a garden suite?
Contact us with your drawings and project details so we can discuss equipment, routing, and the required ventilation scope.
